Support for staff

The Department actively works to promote and increase support for all staff across Surgery and Cancer. We hold several staff events and surveys across the year to better understand concerns and respond to these by developing a number of initiatives to help drive this change.

The Report and Support tool allows you to disclose unwelcoming behaviours such as bullying, harassment, sexual violence, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, racial discrimination and more.

Is an independent counseling service that provides free support and counseling on a range of work and personal issues for all Imperial staff and members of their family living with them.
