I did my undergraduate degree in biomedical science, and my masters in bioinformatics where I did research into predicting patient response to treatment. My PhD was focused on changes in patients with ALS-FTD. I also have experience working with real world data at a CRO.
At the IGF I am a general purpose bioinformatician, working on multiple projects including analysis of spatial data we have produced.
