I have a background in Biology and completed my master’s degree in Genetics of Human Disease at UCL in 2020. Before joining the team, I worked as a Laboratory Technician at a contract research organisation specialising in human challenge trials, gaining experience in a clinical environment.
As a Genomics Specialist, I am mainly responsible for a variety of library preparation workflows. Additionally, I assist in the running of single-cell and spatial projects using the newest technologies available. I have also recently become involved in managing the team’s website and social media to improve accessibility and usability.
