A single application route is available to access data from Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHT), one of four data tenancies within the Imperial SDE. 

To apply, complete the NIHR Imperial Biomedical Research Centre Data Access Request Form. and present your project to the Data Access and Prioritisation Committee (DAC).
