Every summer, iCARE welcomes interns through the HDR UK Black Internship Programme, supporting the next generation of data scientists and researchers.

iCARE is part of Paddington Life Sciences, bringing together researchers, clinicians and industry to turn health research and innovation into better care.

FIREDANSE

Imperial College London and the Institute of Cancer Research are working together to link digital pathology data across two major cancer centres - using the Imperial Secure Data Environment (operated by iCARE) to help train more powerful AI models for cancer diagnosis and treatment.

A Note on Data Access

Health and care data is a powerful resource for research and innovation - but it is sensitive, and access is not automatic.

Any proposed use of data must go through the appropriate governance, legal and ethical checks. Access is granted to approved projects for approved purposes. We are happy to talk through what that process looks like and whether your project might be eligible.
