Organisational Development and Inclusion, led by Susan Littleson, Deputy Director, comprises People and Organisational Development (including Safety Training), the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Centre, the Post Doctoral and Fellows Development Centre and Employee Engagement.

We aim to improve the College’s capability to operate as an integrated and productive organisation where staff motivation and engagement are high.

We do this by providing a range of development activities (such as personal training, team building events, consultancy, talent development programmes, coaching, one-to-one support, and blended learning) that enable staff across the College to learn the skills relevant to their current role and develop skills and abilities that will equip them for promotion.
