Use this form to tell us about a crime or incident that has taken place on campus. For example, theft, vandalism, assault, or threatening behaviour.
This form goes directly to the Security and Community Safety team, who assess and investigate incidents and may contact you for more information if needed. It helps us keep our community safe, identify patterns, provide advice and support and take prompt action where required.
Use this form when:
- You’ve experienced or witnessed a crime or incident that may require a security or police response.
- You want to share details of a safety or security concern, even if you don’t wish to be contacted.
Reports made through this form are handled sensitively and confidentially by the Security and Community Safety team. You can choose to stay anonymous.
Alternatively, you may wish to make your report through Report and Support. This is a separate university system for sharing concerns about behaviours such as bullying, harassment, discrimination, or sexual misconduct, and for accessing wellbeing or emotional support. You can also use it to report something you’ve witnessed.
If you are in immediate danger, call 999 or contact the Security and Community Safety team on 0207 589 1000.
