The Department actively works to promote and increase support and development opportunities for all staff across Surgery and Cancer. We hold several staff events and surveys across the year to better understand concerns and respond to these by developing a number of initiatives to help drive this change. The Department and the College have a wealth of resources to help you develop your career during your time at Imperial.
