Job summary

We are seeking to recruit a Programme Coordinator to work within the Finance suite of programmes. The suite recruits approximately a third of all admitted Business School students each year and has a large international representation.

Duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Programme Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, busy and friendly team. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of an effective and efficient service to the Finance suite of programmes ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the modules throughout the academic year.

You will be expected to focus on the team’s objectives and be proactive in improving processes and procedures to enhance the student experience.

Essential requirements

You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented. You will be comfortable balancing multiple deadlines and prioritising effectively. You will have a commitment to providing high quality support and smooth operational delivery of the programme.

You will also have the ability to work under pressure, working both independently and within a team. You should have excellent MS Office and organisational skills. Previous experience of working in higher education is desirable.

Further information

This role will form part of a job share and is offered on a part-time (0.4 FTE / 2 days per week), open-ended basis. Working days will be Thursday-Friday. There is flexibility to work some days from home, to be discussed.
