Karen Kaczynski

Karen originally qualified as a solicitor in the tax team at Stephenson Harwood, a law firm in the City of London, and then moved to another City law firm, Davies Arnold Cooper, to work in the property department. She then moved in-house, to work in the legal team at Eurostar (UK) Ltd, where she handled a wide variety of legal matters, ranging from general commercial legal work to regulatory, employment and property work. Following that, she spent more than 15 years with the in-house legal team at Moto Hospitality Ltd, a national company in the hospitality and retail sector, again working on a very diverse range of company and commercial legal matters, including technology and multi-site operational contracts and projects, data protection and other regulatory issues.  As well as having a very broad spectrum of legal experience, she enjoys tackling novel projects, and providing commercial and pragmatic advice.  She joined the Imperial Legal Team in July 2025.
