Director of Security and Community Safety, Brindha McDonald
Brindha McDonald is our Director of Security and Community Safety and in the past has held senior roles at the Bank of England, DEFRA, the Home Office, and the Government Property Agency. She has led national crisis responses, advised ministers on security risk, and managed large, multi-disciplinary teams. She is known for her focus on transformation, inclusive security cultures, and delivering safety in complex environments.
