Job summary

The Imperial College Business School is expanding its provision of high-quality online and blended degree programmes and we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to assist us in this exciting initiative.

This role is pivotal within the team and the ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital project management with a sound understanding of the software development lifecycle within an educational context. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of new online programmes for the school, beginning with our new online MSc Strategic Marketing, due to launch this September. You will also have demonstrable experience in senior stakeholder management.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be highly motivated by doing a great job, with a real sense of responsibility and fearless in the pursuit of perfection. You must have a passion for online learning and be pro-active in demonstrating how learning technology can be used to benefit students. You must also have strong time management, organisational and administration skills for this role.

Essential requirements

Our team has a strong technical base, which includes in-house media and web development, so you must will need to be comfortable having technical conversations. We strive to be innovative and excellent at what we do so you will need to be thoroughly acquainted with current trends in technology-enhanced learning and how these trends can be implemented. Most importantly, you will share our enthusiasm for online learning and our belief that technology can enhance education.

You will work under the direction of the Head of Operations but have distinct areas over which you have responsibility.
