We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Digital Delivery Manager to join our Institutional Marketing & Communications team. Focusing primarily on the Business School website, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to help drive and develop our online presence and digital capabilities. Working across the full project lifecycle, the postholder will work in a structured and planned way to maximise site-wide benefit.
Duties and responsibilities
- Owning, planning and managing web and digital development projects from initiation to implementation and post-project review.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget, to the agreed methodology, quality standards and specification, and that the business benefits are realised.
- Building web pages using the content management system, coordinating content, prioritising content enhancements and advising on digital content best practice.
- Creating and maintaining excellent working relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation, to support project delivery.
- Leading requirements gathering, analysis, validation and verification.
Essential requirements
You will have proven experience of delivering web projects and knowledge of project management tools, a good understanding of the project lifecycle, and experience of managing stakeholders and project teams. A project management qualification is desirable, as is the ability to gather requirements, and an understanding of usable and search-optimised content.
You’ll be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organisational, planning and risk management skills, and the ability to work to conflicting deadlines. With a friendly ‘can do’ attitude, you should be a team-player who is methodical and adaptable.
Joining a busy and friendly team, you will be based at our prestigious South Kensington campus in central London.
