We are seeking to appoint a permanent faculty member in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (Asst/Assoc Professor) level.

Duties and responsibilities
This post-holder will expand and extend the department’s research in Computer Engineering and enhance our international reputation in this field.
The post-holder will also enhance our teaching capability for both undergraduate and postgraduate students in electrical and electronic engineering.
The key responsibilities are to conduct high quality research and teaching in the field of Computer Engineering. The post-holder will foster collaboration within the Circuits and Systems group and between research groups across Imperial College and internationally.
Appointees will teach courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels through lectures, seminars, course work, tutorials and personal supervision. In addition, the post holders will be involved in the supervision of laboratory and/or design groups.
The post-holder is expected to be a member of the Circuits and Systems Group. The post-holder will contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the department’s research strategy.
Applicants are sought across the broad research area of Computer Engineering. Research able to complement and extend, yet build upon, our world-leading strength in FPGA technology is of particular interest. The appointee would be welcomed into a friendly and high-profile group of researchers with expertise in compilers, tools and architectures and with strong collaborations with other academic and industrial groups internationally as well as with the Department of Computing.
