This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals wishing to develop high level administrative skills and a good understanding of university processes, policies and activities.
You will act as the first point of contact for our academic and research staff, assisting and advising in matters relating to administration of research grants and associated activities.
The post will involve a high level of interaction with staff at all levels, and you must combine a professional approach with a friendly and welcoming manner.

Experience of both Microsoft SharePoint and Oracle database systems is desirable. A management or financial qualification, together with a biological sciences qualification, or lab experience, would also be an advantage, but are not essential.
You must be able to work with minimum supervision and take a proactive approach to your work. You will be expected to demonstrate good influencing and negotiating skills, and be accurate, articulate and committed to the provision of excellent customer service.
This is a full time, open-ended position. You will be based at South Kensington Campus.
