Are you passionate about science education, research and outreach? Do you have a track record of outstanding project management and relationship management? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Academic Partnerships team are looking for a professional project manager to coordinate two of our key external partnerships with Twig Education and the Francis Crick Institute, as well as supporting the development of new partnerships and collaborations that advance our impact and engagement with society.

We are looking for candidates who are driven, organised and personable. Capable of prioritising multiple tasks, you will ensure that our partnerships are handled efficiently and effectively, meeting our objectives and delivering strategic value for the College.

Duties and responsibilities


  • Coordinate the College's relationship with Twig Education in order to produce high-quality educational resources for children, teachers and parents in the UK and around the world.

  • Support the development and delivery of our ground-breaking partnership with the Francis Crick Institute by promoting and facilitating academic engagement across our faculties and departments.

  • Investigate innovative opportunities for new collaborations with external partners to support our academic and societal engagement strategies.

  • Draft concept notes, briefing papers and proposals that articulate our vision and objectives, and put forward options for strategy development and implementation.

Essential requirements

We are looking for an individual with a passion for science, strong project management skills and experience of working in an education or academic environment.
