We want to help everyone lead a healthier and more active lifestyle during their time at Imperial. To support this, we run several different events throughout the year to give you the chance to get active, look after your wellbeing, meet others from across College and find out more about the variety of programmes that we offer.

Plus, all our events are completely free! 

National Fitness Day - 20 September

Join us on National Fitness Day to try and make it the most active day of the year! This year's theme is 'Your Health is For Life' so we're offering some new activities and existing classes for free so you can give something a go and start your fitness journey.

These sessions are dance choreographed cardio workouts performed on mini trampolines.
