To support this, we run several different events throughout the year to give you the chance to get active, look after your wellbeing, meet others from across College and find out more about the variety of programmes that we offer.

University Mental Health Day

Move and Imperial College Union are working in partnership to bring you a lots of activities to mark University Mental Health Day. Join us to cycle up a free smoothie, speak to an advice caseworker, chill out at Yoga or lace your trainers up for run club! All activities are completely free for you to attend! Mobility & Relaxation

Every Wednesday, 12 - 12:30

Join Move for 30 minutes on Wednesdays throughout March to recharge and stretch during the working day, this session can be done seated or standing and no equipment is needed. Karen will guide you through a series of breathing exercises followed by gentle mobility stretches. This session is perfect for those who spend a lot of time sitting at their desk! Join via Zoom.
