Eight current students of the College, joined by a number of past members of the I.C. Caving Club, carried out a second visit to explore cave systems in the Julian Alps in Slovenia. This area is believed to have numbers of undiscovered cave systems, including potentially some of the World's deepest. A full six weeks was spent living on the mountain, without a low level camp and many new caves were discovered. One in particular was so deep that it could only be partly explored, and will be the specific objective of a future expedition.
