Based in the Ayrton Room, 607, the Education Office team co-ordinates and supports our teaching and learning, and student activities from recruitment to graduation and beyond.

The team is available for students Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 16:00.

    Education Support Officer (Undergraduate)

    Emma, along with the other Education Support Officers, provides full administrative support in the management, organisation and running of the UG student life-cycle. She has particular responsibility for undergraduate admissions, prizes, UROP, Third Year Consultancy group projects, and the Year Abroad stream among other responsibilities. Emma is also the Department Disability Officer and works with the EEE Wellbeing Team to support all UG and Postgraduate students.

    Education Support Officer (Exams Lead)

    Kate is responsible for the management and organisation of all EEE/EIE exams and everything related to exams and results, including the release of results and the Board of Examiners Meetings. She is also the administrative lead for Industrial Placements and is responsible for academic integrity within the department.

    Education Support Administrator (Undergraduate)

    Linh provides support for UG administration from recruitment to graduation. She is responsible for exams support including running the invigilator process, assistance in course-related activities e.g. tutorials, stream changes, UG expenses, and preparations for the Examiners Meeting. Linh also participates in organising events such as our student Open Days, Student/Staff Committee, and Meet the Profs talks.

    Shala is the Programme Co-ordinator for the MSc in AI Applications and Innovation (which was formerly administered by I-X). Shala is primarily based at White City Campus where the MSc teaching takes place.

    Postgraduate Research Officer (PhD)

    Annie is responsible for all aspects of PhD student administration, working closely with the Senior Research Group Administrators (see below) to support the PhD student lifecycle. Her role includes managing student recruitment and admissions, funding and awards, student records and progress monitoring, and ensuring effective support and feedback mechanisms are in place for students to have a smooth and positive experience.
