This training course is for anyone who wants to learn more about about harassing or bullying behaviours, and how they can affect performance and the overall working environment. The course develops the skills to tackle harassment and bullying head-on to prevent reoccurrence, and help you feel more confident in eliminating any form of discrimination in the your team or department.

This 3.5 hour workshop introduces the topic of neurodiversity within the workplace. The workshop will focus on the following:
- Introduction to the different neurodivergent processing differences e.g. Dyslexia, Dyspraxia (DCD), Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, ADD, ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
- Common misconceptions and stereotypes.
- Associated challenges and strengths.
- Potential impact on mental health and general wellbeing.

This course will build your awareness and understanding of the disparities experienced by people from minority ethnic backgrounds.
The course examines the intersectionality of race, different cultures, and mental health, to develop an understanding and awareness of different experiences and perspectives in order to help you support colleagues from minority ethnic backgrounds with their mental health.

This awareness-building session provides an introduction to the topic of disability in the workplace. The session will provide participants with an understanding of what constitutes a disability, how you can work towards an inclusive environment for disabled colleagues, and how Imperial provides support to disabled staff.
