Space Change Handover
Description
This process involves any space recently changed and completed, to be handed back to Imperial for use and space charging. The Space Management system will be updated accordingly.
Engagement
Project Manager (PM) to email the Space Manager with confirmation of project completion including date. PM to identify the full area (project scope) being handed back for use.
