The Imperial College Union Advice Service provides free, confidential, non-judgmental and independent advice to current students on academic issues, Imperial student accommodation halls issues, complaints against the University, and signposting to internal departments and external organisations.

London's public transport, including the Tube, buses, and rail, offers an easy way to navigate the city. Students on a program lasting 14 weeks or more can apply for an 18+ Student Oyster card, providing a 30% discount on adult travel cards and weekly bus passes.

Your College ID card is a multi-purpose, personalised identification key for everything you do across campus.
It grants you acccess to where you need to go, is your library and printing card, and even allows you to get your discount in College catering outlets. Make sure you carry your card with you whenever you are on campus.
