Funding and Scholarships
If you are a Home student or an EU student who meets certain criteria, you can apply for the Postgraduate Loan for Master’s study.

A range of support is provided through our international collaborations including Chevening and Commonwealth Scholarships, and Imperial College India Foundation.
EEE MSc Studentship
This scholarship is for Residents of the EU/EEA and will cover difference between Home and Overseas fees. There is one scholarship awarded per MSc course. There will be no direct applications, however anyone meeting the criteria will be considered during the admissions process.
To be eligable, students must submit their application to study by 28 Feburary, with the result being annouced in May.
GREAT - Imperial College London Scholarship
In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, Imperial College London is offering 3 scholarships to students from Kenya, Nigeria and Thailand applying for postgraduate courses in Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine and Business subjects.
Joan Wong and Jo Mayne Scholarship for Women
This Scholarship is awarded at the beginning of term for promising female students. It is awarded annually and is worth £5,000.
Presidential Scholarships for Black Students
We're offering one undergraduate and one Master’s (MSc and MRes) Presidential Scholarship in each Faculty (Engineering, Medicine, Natural Sciences and Business for Master's study) for Black students with Home fee status.
The scholarships are for Black students. To meet this eligibility criteria, you must be in one of the following ethnic categories (or their equivalent in the respective application systems):
- Black – African
- Black – Caribbean
- Black – Other
- Mixed – White and Black African
- Mixed White and Black Caribbean
- Other Mixed background including Black African, Black Caribbean or Other Black background
Our new Sanctuary Scholarships provide a financial package for students from displaced communities applying for taught Master's study in autumn 2022.
