2. I can’t find the Blackboard module? How do I fix this?
You need to enrol on a programme module, not a course module. Courses in the Graduate School are organised into programmes. If you signed up for a course, you need to first enrol on the Blackboad programme module; the content and activities for your course will be there.
To self-enrol on the right module:

Find the programme module your course is under

Go to Blackboard – Courses – search by the programme name

Self-enrol on it
-
Find the course content and activities

3. I can find the module, but I can’t enrol on it. How do I fix this?
If you can find the correct programme module, but when you try to self-enrol you don’t see the chevron icon, you might already be enrolled on the module.
Please go to My courses on Blackboard and check if you have it listed. Please access the programme module via My courses if that is the case.
