Dr Alejandro Hermida Carrillo is an Imperial College Research Fellow in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Imperial Business School.

Alejandro combines computational methods with sociological and social psychological theories to examine how business and political leaders interpret the world, and how that understanding feeds back into the larger socio-economic structures in which they are embedded. More broadly, his work views individuals and organisations as dynamic systems that evolve through continuous interaction with their social environments.
