We are delighted to invite you to the MBA admit weekend with Imperial Business School, from Friday 25 September to Sunday 27 September 2026.

Designed for the incoming Executive MBA, Global Online MBA (January intake) and Weekend MBA students, the weekend is an opportunity to connect with your future classmates, gain valuable insights into the programme, and immerse yourself in the Imperial experience before your studies begin.

Alongside interactive sessions and networking opportunities, you will meet members of the wider Imperial community, explore our South Kensington campus, and discover all that London has to offer.

Accommodation & travelling to the event 

You will need to organise and pay for your own travel and accommodation, but we would be delighted to offer a stipend to assist you with any costs for attending the event. If you would like hotel recommendations in the local area, please contact us directly and we will be happy to provide additional information and resources.

Stipend terms

A stipend is available to be put towards your transportation, accommodation, and/or tourist visas. Beyond your attendance and enrolment, there are no specific requirements to qualify for the travel stipend. When you enrol, you will receive the full stipend amount based on your departure region. This will be subtracted from your tuition fees upon joining the programme as follows:

Travelling from within the UK (£100 stipend)
Travelling from Europe (£250 stipend)
Travelling from the Rest of the World (£750 - £1000 stipend)

Guest information

You are also welcome to bring one guest to join a bespoke guest session and campus tour on Saturday, as well as joining the Imperial Community Evening on Saturday evening, a private celebration in London. You will be able to select this option on the registration form. We advise you to speak to your guest about organising their own itineraries for Friday and Saturday afternoon.
