Choosing to pursue a Master's programme is an important decision and a substantial investment in yourself.

Many of our students fund their studies through multiple funding sources. We offer a wide range of awards, including a number of scholarships to the most talented applicants. We’ve also provided information about the different financing options available to you.

Paying your fees

Full information on how to pay your fees will be communicated after you have accepted your offer. To secure your place, a deposit of £6,500 is required. This is part of the full tuition fee and not an additional cost. 

Fees do not cover accommodation and expenses, costs incurred as part of optional internships or exchanges, supplementary texts and study materials, Careers Club membership (£10 per club for the year).

Making your payment

You can pay your tuition fees in one instalment in August or, if you are self-funding, in two instalments in August and February, as set in regulated credit agreements.

Receiving your invoice

You will receive an email invoice from the Tuition Fees team within five days of accepting your offer and will need to pay the deposit within 30 days of receiving this invoice. Failure to pay this in time may result in your offer being withdrawn. 

Deposit: The non-refundable confirmation deposit counts towards the cost of the programme. 

Master's scholarships and bursaries

Imperial Business School is pleased to offer significant scholarship funding to our most talented applicants. A range of scholarships are available, including several dedicated schemes for specific programmes, and it is recommended that you apply early to give yourself the best chance of receiving an award.

Please also be aware that scholarships may not be awarded following every round (e.g. if scholarships in a particular category have all been awarded or there is an insufficient number of eligible candidates in a given round).

Summary

The Aziz Foundation Scholarship offers a unique opportunity for an exceptional Muslim student active in British Muslim communities and keen to build bridges with all parts of British society.

The successful recipient will have the commitment and intelligence to support and represent Muslim communities in wider society, as well as the credibility to bring and explain new learning experiences back to the community. They will help create mutual understanding between Muslims and others and contribute to the creation of a more cohesive society.

The Aziz Foundation welcomes informal enquiries from candidates considering an application. Enquiries should be made to scholarships@azizfoundation.org.uk.

Eligibility

  • Hold an offer or have submitted a complete application for MSc Climate Change, Management & Finance for September 2027 entry

  • Be eligible for Home fee status 

  • Be active within your local and/or faith community and demonstrate a desire to develop intellectual skills within a multi-faith/secular environment 

  • Overall strength of your application and academic references 

  • Be able to demonstrate long-term commitment to community/societal development and good relations through public leadership 

  • Be Zakat eligible/in financial need and unable to cover the costs of tuition 

  • Have an excellent understanding of your chosen industry and how to progress within it, with relevant, prior experience and/or achievements in the field

  • Have knowledge of how this programme will enable you to generate social impact

How to apply

Stage one: Apply to Imperial Business School - Submit an application for the MSc Climate Change, Management & Finance programme by Wednesday 28 April 2027.

Stage two: Submit a statement of no more than 1,000 words setting out how you meet the criteria above, addressing also how you hope to use this scholarship for your future work. Please submit the statement to mscclimatechange@imperial.ac.uk by Friday 4 June 2027. Remember to include your full name and your CID in your email. 

Stage three: Attend the interview. If called, please attend the interview with Imperial Business School and the Aziz Foundation. It is anticipated that interviews will be held in early July 2027. Please note that we will only contact you if you have been shortlisted. If you do not hear from us, then please assume your application has not been successful.

Eligibility

We are looking for candidates with outstanding leadership potential and a clear ambition to create positive impact in business, society or their sector - whether through impact already achieved (e.g. entrepreneurship, technology, sustainability, social contribution, or leadership) or through clear potential and ambition for those earlier in their career. Successful applicants will have a strong all-round application and excellent communication skills.

Summary

The Female Future Leaders scholarship recognises outstanding female candidates with strong academic or professional achievement and clear leadership potential. It is designed to help talented females pursue their ambitions, contribute to their chosen industry, and help shape the future of global business.

Eligibility

Open to female candidates with a strong record of achievement who demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to making a meaningful contribution in their chosen industry.

Summary

The Global Future Leaders scholarship supports outstanding candidates from underrepresented global regions: Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. It recognises candidates who bring valuable global perspectives, strong leadership potential and the ambition to contribute to their sector, region, Imperial community, and wider society.

Eligibility

Outstanding candidates from Africa, Middle East and Latin America, with strong leadership potential.

Summary

The Grantham Institute – Climate Change and the Environment is pleased to provide a studentship for MSc Climate Change, Management and Finance. The Grantham Institute studentship, funded by the Khodorkovsky Foundation, will provide a place for a home student from a financially disadvantaged background.  The scholarship helps widen access to climate and business education for students with the potential to contribute to climate change and environmental action.

Eligibility

To be considered for this scholarship, graduates must be a ‘Home’ fees paying student, and meet one of the following criteria: 

  • They were in receipt of funding from Student Finance England, Wales or Northern Ireland, receiving 100% of the government-funded maintenance loan. This was based on a household income of £25,000 or less in 2025/26

  • They were eligible to receive 100% of the government-funded maintenance loan, based on a household income of £25,000, but received a bursary to cover all costs

Eligible applicants who receive an offer of admissions to MSc Climate Change, Management & Finance will be contracted about how to apply.

Summary

We are proud to welcome applications from Imperial College London alumni and offer exclusive tuition-fee bursaries to support their continued academic and professional growth. Successful candidates are eligible for a scholarship worth 10% of tuition fees for all MSc programmes, reinforcing our commitment to nurturing lifelong connections within the Imperial community and empowering our graduates to achieve their full potential in the business world.

All alumni from Imperial College London are eligible for this scholarship.

This award will be automatically applied to applicants who receive an offer of admission to an MSc programme.

The Imperial Excellence Scholarship recognises the most outstanding candidates joining the MSc programme, as demonstrated through their application and interview. This merit-based award celebrates exceptional academic and professional achievement, clear leadership potential, and the qualities, commitment and ambition to contribute meaningfully to the Business School community.

High-performing candidates with exceptional academic, professional or leadership potential.

How to apply

Eligible applicants who receive an offer of admissions will be automatically considered.

Summary

Imperial Inspires is a university-wide scholarship programme designed to support outstanding international students to access an Imperial education. The award recognises talented candidates with the ambition and potential to contribute to Imperial's global community and to the future of science, technology, business and society.

Eligibility

Overseas fee-paying candidates.

Summary

The Inclusive Future Leaders scholarship supports candidates who will strengthen representation, belonging and diversity of thought within Imperial Business School.

It recognises talented candidates from Black or mixed Black backgrounds and/or the LGBTQ+ community who demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to advancing inclusion, equality and positive change in business and society.

Eligibility

Candidates from Black or mixed Black backgrounds and/or candidates from the LGBTQ+ community who demonstrate leadership potential and contribution to inclusion.

After submitting your programme application, you will be invited to submit a written assessment for scholarship consideration.

Financing your MSc

Many of the students on our Master's programmes fund their studies through multiple funding sources, combining personal resources with education loans and scholarships.

Please note that we do not act as a credit broker to any of the loan providers listed below and are not responsible for providing the loan or assessing your eligibility. Further details of eligibility requirements, interest rates, and other key terms of the loan are available by visiting their respective websites.

A Professional and Career Development Loan is a government-backed commercial bank loan that UK residents can use to help pay for work-related learning.

Imperial College London is a Professional and Career Development Loans registered Learning Provider, registration number 7477. For more information and to find out which banks offer the loan, see the gov.uk website.

If you are a UK or EU student who meets certain criteria, you can apply for the  Postgraduate Master's Loan from the UK government. See the gov.uk website for more information.

Lendwise  is a specialist loan provider dedicated to education finance for ambitious students looking to fund their postgraduate studies at top universities. All nationalities are eligible to apply, and applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Prodigy Finance is a loan provider for international postgraduate students at the world’s top business schools. The Prodigy Finance loan is available to full time students. You will be eligible to apply for the Prodigy Finance loan once you have a firm offer from us.

You should consider what personal resources are available to you and evaluate your income, assets and your lifestyle expenses. Personal resources reduce your dependency on loans and other financing options.

If you are offered an Imperial Business School scholarship and are subsequently offered a larger award by us, the larger one would supersede the first award and would not be in addition to it. Scholarships awarded by Imperial Business School are in the form of a reduction of the tuition fee. Therefore, if you receive another scholarship that pays the full tuition fee directly to Imperial, you cannot also receive a scholarship from the Business School.
