The Leonardo Centre and Executive Education at Imperial Business School has this week launched the Imperial Sustainability Leadership Programme in partnership with global online education provider, Emeritus.

This online certificate programme is designed to help leaders create a responsible business model for lasting economic value – one that is purpose-driven to deliver positive environmental and social impact for all stakeholders.

Over the course of 13 weeks, participants will develop new methods and a new mindset. Launching 9 March, the programme will help participants evolve as business leaders while refining sustainability innovation strategies for their organisation that rises to the challenge of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals.

Sustainability is no longer optional. Consumers, employees and investors are pushing hard for organisations to dedicate resources to making a positive contribution to society in line with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Prioritising corporate social responsibility offers a world of opportunity for companies to do well while it does good.

"Businesses across all sectors and geographies are realising the need to win the competitive challenge by innovating at a fundamental level the way they create value. Doing this successfully requires the vision, the insight and the courage to undertake unprecedented transformational change initiatives. This programme is designed to nurture both competence and mindset required to identify and seize the strategic opportunities before them"
