Completing your pre-study modules

Before your programme starts, you will be able to access some important pre-programme information and modules via The Hub.

The Hub is the Business School’s virtual learning environment. The Hub will be your first point of contact for any information or documents relating to the programme (e.g. timetables, course materials, past exam papers, etc.).

Please refer to the core modules webpage for your programme of interest to see specific details of the pre-study modules.

We will contact admitted students when they have been enrolled to the modules and are able to access them. Please do not attempt to access your Hub account before you receive this email.

When you have been enrolled onto The Hub we will email you to let you know. Before you are able to access The Hub, you will need to activate your ICT account. There will be instructions of how to do this in the email you receive. Once your ICT account has been activated, you will be able to login to The Hub using the same username and password as your ICT account. Please note, your log in details for your Imperial Gateway account will not change once your ICT account has been activated.

As many courses contain rich media content, including video material, it is recommended that you use a strong internet connection when accessing the Hub.

If you have been contacted about Hub access but experience problems with your Hub account, please contact
