You can get help in person at various locations on campus, in addition to the main ICT Service Desk. These offices are open during normal working hours for general queries and advice, but may not always be staffed throughout the day. Some campuses operate a daily lunchtime drop-in session.
Digital Partners collaborate closely with stakeholders across faculties and departments to gather requirements and present this information to the teams responsible for ICT service line delivery. Working closely with Faculty Support teams, they help to ensure that support is linked to business demand across the education, research, business support and infrastructure.
