Reward Team

The Reward team is charged with the continuous review and development of Imperial's Total Remuneration Package, which covers base pay, reward, recognition and benefits. Imperial sets its frameworks, salary scales, and approach to pay and benefits, which are driven by market data and Imperial's ambition to compete with peer institutions and industry. The team lead the annual local pay bargaining exercise, gender and ethnicity pay gaps reporting and the fair application of pay.
