Overview
This two-hour workshop is aimed at managers who may be called upon to undertake the role of an Investigation Officer for grievance or disciplinary investigations. The workshop will provide a step-by-step guide to conducting investigations, ensuring the process is carried out fairly, consistently, and in line with Imperial processes and values.
You will also understand the role that Employee Relations plays in the investigation process, enabling you to lead an investigation confidently and successfully.
