The Imperial staff survey is now closed.

How your feedback makes a difference

The last survey showed that colleagues were experiencing pressure around workload, wanted clearer, more consistent line manager support, and felt that change was not always well managed. In response, we have improved the ARC process and will introduce a People Manager Framework to support all line managers in having effective conversations by setting expectations and equipping them with essential tools.

Alongside this, we are strengthening our guidance for managers and leaders to ensure that people are supported with workload challenges and that change is communicated and managed in ways that inform and support people through the changes being implemented.
