The People Partnering team supports Senior Managers and Academic Leaders in delivering the University's mission by providing initiative-taking and personal service.

They have close working relationships with their departments, which allows them to identify and develop local people-focused solutions. They feed into People centres of expertise to commission and advise on new and revised processes, policies, and culture initiatives.

They also advise on change initiatives and provide navigation and support through complex People Function processes and employment relations issues.
