Please note that for external executive coaches, the department of the individual pays. The cost will depend on the need.
Executive Coaching is dedicated, individualised, focused attention on an executive’s leadership development, delivered by a highly trained and experienced coach with an extensive background in leadership and leadership development.
It involves direct feedback, advice and leadership tips. Most of the engagement is designed around questioning to promote self-reflection and to generate leader-generated, actionable steps to move the leader forward.
It requires internalising feedback from various assessment tools/interviews, and deeper self-reflection on one’s intentions versus actual impact.
