South Kensington Campus - Guest Accommodation - Imperial staff can save up to 20% on reservations at Prince’s Gardens, which opens as guest accommodation from July to September each year. Rated as 4* campus accommodation by Visit England, Prince’s Gardens offers staff rates for single (£97.00), twin (£125.00) or double (£111.00, sole occupancy) en suite bedrooms. Daisy Green is a collection of Antipodean-inspired Bars, Restaurants and Cafes across 19 sites in Central & West London. It is family-owned and focuses on delivering Aussie hospitality – great food and the best service! The newest addition, which opened this September on Exhibition Road, offers brunch and coffee throughout the day and transitions into a trendy bistro in the evening!

Imperial staff can benefit from a 20% discount on their entire collection when dining in (applicable to you and a friend with your Imperial ID card). This is in addition to a £2.50 takeaway coffee, available all day (available to Imperial cardholders only; redeemable one at a time). This is valid Monday– Friday for you and a guest. The discount is not valid between 25 November and 15 December, on ticketed events, private hires or in conjunction with any other offer, eg, Happy Hour.

Roll Baby, located at South Kensington station, sells fresh, fast Summer Rolls, as well as coffee and cake, for on-the-go consumption. Imperial employees will receive 20% off (applies to the whole menu) by downloading the app, pre-ordering, and using the imperial20 discount code.

Launceston Place, located just 10 minutes from the South Kensington campus, offers Imperial staff a 10% discount on their à la carte menu. The restaurant boasts wide acclaim for its intricately crafted Modern European cuisine. One of London's most exciting chefs, Head Chef Ben Murphy, brings a visionary approach to the menu. Launceston Place has its own unique version of a chef’s table, which seats up to 12 people – the ‘Chef’s Office’. This has been voted one of London’s best dining rooms, offering guests a unique insight into one of London’s most talked-about kitchens.

Ognisko Restaurant, located at 55 Exhibition Road, is just opposite the college. Exhibition Road Cultural Group members (including Imperial Staff) can now enjoy an exclusive 15% off a la carte and drinks (some items are not included in the discount; this should be checked on arrival). The offer is valid all week round - please mention you are a staff member of Imperial and present your ID. Please note, this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• El Norte, located on Dover Street in the heart of Mayfair, serves up the most luxurious tapas. The restaurant celebrates Spain's unique culinary heritage through bold flavours and a handpicked wine list. Intentional about creating an evolved Spanish dining experience, El Norte draws on Spain’s rich culinary heritage and updates it for today. No flavour is forgotten but amplified and enjoyed in chic surroundings amongst London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. Having opened in November 2021, El Norte has quickly become one of Mayfair’s hotspots and is a most welcome addition to the London dining scene.  

• Riviera, located on St James’s Street in Mayfair, is a new, high-end restaurant inspired by the South of France. Located at the iconic former Sake no Hana site, the restaurant’s menu features sharing-style dishes. Guests can expect dishes such as Snails with Garlic Butter & Parsley Persillade, a decadent Caviar, Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon Sandwich, and Hamachi Carpaccio, followed by top-quality cuts of meat and freshly caught fish. The bar is undoubtedly one of the restaurant's standout features, featuring a carefully curated cocktail list and an extensive wine selection.

Prezzo, located just off of South Kensington High Street, offer award-winning Italian food. They are offering Imperial staff 25% off their whole menu. To use this discount, inform them that you work at Imperial and show your Imperial Staff ID. 

The Rembrandt in Knightsbridge offers 10% off food and beverage items to staff upon presentation of their ID card. The 10% discount is not available for functions or meetings and is purely for social gatherings.

If you have an Aquilla paying membership, you receive 20% off food and drink for up to 4 people per membership card. 

Toni & Guy, on Gloucester Road, offers Imperial staff 15% off all services. To use this discount, show your Imperial staff ID. 

STONE Fitness, at 10 Kendrick Mews, is offering Imperial staff 1:1 personal training sessions at its private, bespoke studio. The first session is complimentary, followed by 25% off your first pack and 10% off any pack thereafter.

• Red Spring Reformer Pilates Studio (located at STONE Fitness studio) offers a variety of Pilates reformer classes for all abilities and experience levels. The first class is free, followed by 25% off your first pack and 10% off any subsequent pack.
• The Chelsea Clinic, chiropodists and podiatrists (located at STONE Fitness studio), is offering Imperial staff 25% off any chiropody appointments, including bespoke nail and skincare treatments. All staff must present their Imperial staff ID card upon arrival at the clinic to receive the discount.

The Natural History Museum offers Imperial staff concession-priced temporary exhibition tickets; you will need your staff ID card on the day of the exhibition to obtain the discount. 

The Royal Albert Hall offers Imperial staff (as Members of Exhibition Road Cultural Group) a 50% discount on Tours of the Royal Albert Hall. This offer is for members only. If you are interested in taking a tour at the Hall, please let the box office know when booking, and bring your staff ID card, business card, or other work ID to the box office when you collect your tickets. The Tour Ticket also includes a 10% discount at the Cafe, Bar, and Shop.

The V&A offers Imperial College staff a 50% discount on Adult exhibition tickets when purchased individually; this discount does not apply to group bookings. This offer applies to selected exhibitions only. Please contact the Imperial Benefits team for more information and to receive the discount code. Ensure you bring your staff ID card for entry, especially if buying a ticket on-site. A 20% discount is also available at the V&A South Kensington Shops when you show your staff ID card.

The Science Museum offers Imperial staff a 10% discount at their shop - you can make use of this by showing your Imperial staff ID card at the till. You can also access a 10% discount at the Benugo cafes at the museum. 

South Kensington Books, located on Thurloe Street, offers Imperial staff a 10% discount.

Wahaca | Mexican Restaurant in White City, London - 20% off for Imperial Staff/Group booking. Show a valid Imperial Staff ID card at the Wahaca White City Branch.

Dear Grace, located on Loverose Way, is offering Imperial staff 20% off their dining bill. They will also offer staff an extended Happy Hour once a month for team gatherings. Show your Imperial pass to use the discount. They can also cater for on-site meetings & events, from sandwich platters to canapes & bubbles.

Prairie Fire BBQ Kitchen, in the Wood Lane London Arches, are offering Imperial staff a 10% discount. Show your pass to use this discount.

The Bluebird Cafe, located near the television centre, are offering Imperial staff 15% off their whole bill. This is for up to eight guests, and the bill must be paid with a single payment method. It is helpful to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Ensure you bring your staff pass to use the discount. 
Larger bookings (12+) need to go through the Bluebird Cafe Events team. 

Kricket, located near the television centre, are offering Imperial staff a 20% discount. Make sure to bring your staff ID card. Check directly with Kricket about their ability to cater for your group size. 

Red's classic hair salon, located on Wood Lane (opposite the Imperial campus), offers Imperial staff a 10% discount. To use the discount, present your Imperial ID card. (Booking via their Instagram account is preferred). 

Fix Your Cycle - The Cycle Repair Shop (located next to the Media Works Building) - 10% staff discount.

URWconnect: app for Westfield London discounts. Imperial staff have been given access to URWconnect (subject to individual sign-up), the app used by Westfield to provide discounts and offers at individual shops within the Westfield London shopping centre in White City.

• All staff can use the app, but it may be particularly useful to those working at one of Imperial's West London campuses.
• Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Sign up with your Imperial email address, select Westfield London, then search and select ‘Imperial’ when asked to choose your store.
