Imperial offers special leave when you need to take time off work for domestic or personal matters or to attend essential civil or public duties. It's also in the university's best interests to enable staff to collaborate with colleagues in other institutions or industries, take a period of academic refreshment, and pursue research interests or study related to their work at Imperial.
