We have chosen this topic to highlight National Stress Awareness Day 2025, which is happening on 5 November 2025 (alongside International Stress Awareness Week, which runs from 3 to 7 November 2025).
Imperial wants to ensure that all staff have the opportunity to learn and reflect on how stress and pressure affect them, and feel equipped to thrive at work.
