Laura J. Noval is a Visiting Researcher at Imperial Business School and, until 2021, was Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the School. She holds a PhD from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and has extensive professional experience in Argentina, Austria, France, Germany and the US.
