Compliance and Immigration

The Compliance team oversees Imperial's Skilled Worker and Temporary Worker Premium Sponsor licences, Staff DBS checks, the annual Staff and Provider Profile returns to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), and overseas working arrangements for staff.

The Compliance team advises and guides all UK Immigration, DBS, HESA, and staff compliance-related matters. It also facilitates legally compliant overseas working arrangements, applies and develops robust compliance-related procedures and processes, and communicates key legislation, guidance, and procedures.
