Perks at Work

We recognise the challenges of managing work, family, and life while maintaining health and wellbeing. Perks at Work has created the Community Online Academy (COA) for employees and their families, offering self-development and learning at no additional cost. Log in to Perks at Work via single sign-on and navigate to the COA pages to view all available classes.

Every Thursday, COA hosts live virtual classes focused on learning and health & wellness – with a special track just for kids. Example kids’ classes include: Hip Hop Dance, Basketball ball handling, Becoming a YouTuber, Coding, and more. If you are unable to attend the live sessions, all videos are uploaded to the video hub for access to suit your schedule.

If you’d like to invite a family member or friend to join a class with you, you can invite them. They only need a Perks at Work account to sign up for classes.

With discounts and WOWPoint earnings available on shopping cards and e-codes for over 75 high street and online stores, including Curry’s, ASOS, Tesco and more, you can save on a number of purchases. Or download the Perks at Work Cinema app by searching 'Cinema - Perks at Work' on the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you log in via Imperial single sign-on, enter your username and click ‘forgot password’, then update your password. Use this new password to log in to the app. Your Imperial single sign-on details remain the same. Buy directly through the app for super-quick purchasing.

How do I use an E-code?

E-codes are available immediately after purchase, allowing you to save up to 55% on your cinema ticket. E-codes can be redeemed directly at the cinema for your film and are available at Cineworld, Odeon, and VUE.

How are discounts calculated?

Discounts are based on standard box office/peak-rate prices in the UK, i.e., after 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday-Friday, and all day Saturday & Sunday (unless otherwise stated). For Bank Holidays, weekend prices apply. Discounts may be considerably lower when vouchers are used at off-peak times, i.e., before 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday-Friday (unless otherwise stated), or at weekends or other discounted times determined by the individual cinema chain. Specific local cinema offers could occasionally negate the discount. 

Please always check the specific cinema prices before purchasing your tickets through Perks at Work.
