Workshops Dates
This is a 75-minute online workshop run by the Employee Relations team. It provides line managers with advice on managing probation periods effectively. It includes guidance on the benefits of following the Imperial process and the repercussions when the process is not followed.
This workshop examines the probation process in depth, highlighting the importance of each stage, i.e., appointment, planning an induction, setting objectives, mid and final probation review meetings, and ARCs, in line with Imperial's Policy and Values.

This is a two-hour online workshop run by the Employee Relations team. It provides line managers with advice on managing long and short-term sickness absence within their teams.
The workshop includes guidance on the University's Sickness Absence Policy and hypothetical case studies to encourage you to apply your learning.
