The Systems and Information team are responsible for the People systems, People data reporting, business intelligence and People system training. The systems that the team look after include:

  • ICIS - Imperial's information management system.
  • TeamSeer - Imperial's leave and absence system.
  • Fresh service - People's query management system.
  • Report and Support - Imperial's tool for disclosure of unwelcome behaviours.

 The Systems and Information team are based on Level 1, MediaWorks, 191 Wood Lane, London W12 7FP.
