The ENHANCE mentoring scheme pairs current post-doctoral researchers with potential postgraduate research students from identities or backgrounds that are currently underrepresented in STEM research.
The scheme was launched in 2023 in the Department of Life Sciences and then across the Faculty of Natural Sciences in 2024. It has now been expanded for use across the University under the management of the Early Career Researcher Institute.
