How to book
Quote "alumni special summer accommodation" and provide your alumni membership number (CID) at the time of booking to qualify for the special rates. The alumni discount can be only applied to one room per booking.
Rates for alumni are subject to availability and must be booked by email at vacenquiries@imperial.ac.uk. They cannot be booked online. Amex card payments are not accepted.

Conferences
We are the premier choice for residential and day conference venue hire in London. Our venues offer dynamic spaces that are tailored for knowledge-building and immersive learning, and suitable for hosting an array of educational and high-profile events. Alongside our flagship auditoriums, we offer breakout rooms, catering areas and exhibition spaces, all under one roof or dotted across campus. Our range of meeting rooms have been designed with learning, collaboration and knowledge-building in mind. From our historic Grade II-listed townhouse, 170 Queen’s Gate, to the contemporary Seminar and Learning Centre, our spaces can be used flexibly to support a variety of meeting formats. Alumni are entitled to discounts on membership at Ethos, Imperial’s premier, state-of-the-art sports centre based in South Kensington.
This four-storey facility is set on the North side of Prince's Gardens and houses:

- A 25-metre deck-level swimming pool

- An air-conditioned exercise studio with semi-sprung flooring

The Imperial related membership is set at £66 per month and can be purchased via the external memberships tab on the website.
Our Centre for Languages, Culture and Communication offers evening classes in languages, arts, humanities, business, and the sciences.
- Imperial alumni can book using the ‘Internal Rate’ to secure a substantial discount.
- Courses run for 20 weeks from October to March, with a break for Christmas.
- Enrolment opens on 1 August and early bird fees are available until the end of September.
