Request a new password
To request a password reset for your alumni email account, please email alumni@imperial.ac.uk with your name and CID number.
We aim to reset your password within the next ten working days. Once this is done, you’ll receive an automatic email from us with your login details. Please be sure to check both your inbox and spam folders.
