How do I access my transcripts/degree certificates?
If you need to request a copy of your transcripts, degree certificate or other documents relating to your studies at Imperial, please make sure to follow the instructions relevant to the year you graduated.

Please note Imperial is unable to provide certificates or transcripts for degrees awarded prior to 2007.
Your degree was conferred by the University of London and you can request a replacement certificate directly from the University of London's Diploma Production Office.
Complete the University of London's online request form.

You can request documents relating to your studies at Imperial via the ASK service portal. Please follow these steps to submit your request.
- Sign up as an external user on our ASK customer service portal.
(you can use any email address to do this, it does not have to be an alumni email address) - You'll receive an email with a link to verify your account.
- When you have verified your account, you will receive a second email to set a password for your account.
- Login to the ASK customer service portal.
- Select the 'Contact us' option
- Select the 'Alumni Document Service' form, in the 'Alumni Services' menu and complete the form with your graduation year.
- The Student Records team will let you know when your documents have been dispatched.
Please note, all document requests are managed by the Student Records team, who can be contacted at student.records@imperial.ac.uk. The Alumni Engagement team is not able to process document requests.
Student Records aim to fulfil all requests within ten working days, however it may take longer based on the time of study and the complexity of your request.
You can submit your request on our e-documents portal. Access the portal by following the steps below.
- Visit Imperial's Student e-Documents Portal.
- Register for a new account using your personal email address (this can be an alumni email address but does not have to be).
Please note, you will need your CID to complete this request. Your CID is the same as your student number at Imperial, and is usually an 8-digit number starting with 9 or 0. Your CID will appear on all email communications from the Alumni Engagement Office. If you are unable to find it, please email us at alumni@imperial.ac.uk with your full name, date of birth, subject of study, department, entry year and graduation year so we can check it for you.
All document requests are managed by the Student Records team, who can be contacted at student.records@imperial.ac.uk. The Alumni Engagement team is not able to process document requests.
