The Imperial APAC Alumni Network was launched in June 2025 for UK-based Imperial students and alumni from APAC, APAC alumni relocating to the United Kingdom, and alumni allies with an interest in the APAC community.
The goals of the network are:
- To connect APAC alumni across generations and build a vibrant community.
- To support members through a culturally attuned space for well-being, belonging, and peer support.
- To help members grow by empowering APAC talent to thrive in their careers through mentorship and industry-focused events.
The Network is led by a committee of alumni volunteers, who organise activities including monthly informal meet-ups, quarterly career or social events, and an ongoing presence across community channels such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram.
More details can be found our official webpage.

To build a space and a community where diversity in culture is celebrated and empowered. I believe that to drive diversity and inclusion in workplace and beyond, we must collaborate from different industries and sectors to advocate for and help build each others’ success. Confucius once said “When three are walking together, I am sure to find teachers among them.” Through this network, I hope to create a space where APAC alumni can comfortably and confidently fill in each other’s knowledge gap, and share opportunities that empowers each others success.

Motivation and Inspiration:
I believe alliances shape outcomes. In global finance, networks amplify capability and create access to opportunity. I’m motivated to help build a connected, forward-thinking and globally minded APAC community in the UK - one that shares insight, strengthens influence, and supports its members in leading with confidence across industries and markets.

I’ve benefited from the generosity of forerunners throughout my career, and I’m committed to paying that kindness forward - help others break through information barriers, turn “unknowns” into clarity, and make opportunity more accessible. I believe in culture add - bringing the best of different perspectives together - and I aim to be a trusted communication bridge between East and West. In a world shaped by fast-growing technologies, this bridge matters more than ever: it helps people learn faster and collaborate better.
