Employer Relations
We connect with employers
Imperial Business School are preparing the leaders of tomorrow who’ll shape our future, connecting science, technology, engineering and medicine with the world of business.
Connecting with us will give you access to our MBA and MSc programmes across the fields of Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Climate Change, Management, Marketing and Health. We already work with a range of employers from global organisations to SMEs and start-ups to promote their internships, programmatic offering or direct-entry hiring at any time of the year.
We also have in-region staff from our continental Europe and APAC hubs who work with employers to tailor the offering specific to regional employment recruitment.

Engage with our students through a range of events
We help employers run a whole host of events both on and off campus. These can be as varied as formal employer presentations, skills sessions, alumni panels, speed networking and business games. We do not charge for any of the employer events held with us, other than for catering if you require it. Our hybrid delivery approach, bringing together on-campus and online teaching and assessment, will incorporate a wide range of opportunities for employers to engage with our students. You can talk to an Employer Relations manager to specify your exact needs, and they will guide you on the best approach.
Join our Careers Fairs
Take part in our Business School on-campus careers fair with the opportunity to meet students, make connections, discuss your open roles and promote your organisation. Our main Careers Fair is held in mid-September every year, with smaller carousel-type events and bespoke virtual fairs throughout the year.
Post jobs to our jobs board
Visit our online jobs board and post jobs or internships to our BSc, MSc and/or MBA students, including job-seeking alumni. You can get applications directly to you, or via link to your website. This service is free, you simply need to register with us. We can also highlight jobs in our weekly bulletin to students once they have been published on the Jobs Board. As a registered recruiter, you will be able to edit and remove job postings at any time. Interested students apply by being directed either to your website or an email address you provide.
Partner with our students on consulting projects and internships
Collaborate with our talented students to drive innovation in strategic business ideas, marketing initiatives, and technology or entrepreneurial development. Whether you are working on group projects with our MSc students, an individual MBA project, or hiring an MBA intern, our students will apply their expertise to develop targeted and impactful strategy recommendations for your business challenges. This can also be an effective way to build your profile on campus and assess potential employees first-hand. Students will have access to several faculty advisors. By partnering with us, you'll gain fresh perspectives and practical solutions to achieve real business outcomes and the chance to connect with future talent.
Host a trek, or join a panel
Participate in Business School-led sessions that place a spotlight on specific sectors and/or roles, to provide students with insights and guidance on application, volunteer your HR, TA, or business-side representatives to supplement our alumni for Industry or subject-specific panel discussions. Alternatively, host and engage with a group of enthusiastic students in your office and give them a unique insight into your organisation. Attendance can be pre-screened with enough notice.
