Imperial MBA Careers Week is a vibrant and impactful event designed to connect talent, foster professional growth and unlock exciting opportunities. Open exclusively to our MBA students and recent alumni, the week features 25+ sessions around topics such as Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Career Exploration & Reach, Interviewing & Salary Negotiation, Future Proofing Your Career and Global Careers. Whether you are looking for your next role, accelerating your career within the same organisation or launching your own venture, save the week commencing February 9th, 2026.

Building on past success, we've confirmed the return of student-favourite sessions that have proven invaluable to our MBA community:

  • Blenheim Chalcot Founder Fireside Chat: Hosted by Venture Builder and Imperial Partner Blenheim Chalcot, this jam-packed session will inform, inspire and expose you to the world of digital ventures and transformations as you hear from the leadership team, and leaders in different ventures and talent team.
  • Job search 2.0: LinkedIn + ChatGPT secrets revealed: Join Jeremy Schifeling for a deep dive into LinkedIn and ChatGPT techniques to find your perfect path, build a fully tech-optimised profile and ace your next interview.
  • Interview Excellence and Salary Negotiation: Marcel Deveny will take students on a journey to boost confidence and master the skills behind interview excellence and salary negotiation. 
  • Unmasking Imposter Syndrome: Join Sophie Scott to unravel the complexities of Impostor Syndrome, exploring its prevalence, universality, and surprising occurrence among the most successful and renowned figures. 
  • Career Planning to the C-Suite: Join John Jeffcock (Winmark) to learn more about how the C-Suite functions are evolving, as well as career choices and promotion paths that will take you there.
  • MBA World Cafe Networking Event: our MBA exclusive flagship networking event bringing 20+ alumni back to campus for small group in-depth conversations around their company, industry and career path.

The full schedule and many more sessions will be announced in the New Year! There's a session for you regardless of where in the world you are based as we offer sessions in different formats (on-campus, online and hyflex). Please note foundational career topics such as interviewing, salary negotiation and the MBA World Cafe networking event will also be offered online later in the academic year.
